Larry Castro, CEO

Leads overall company strategy and is a recognized leader in Quantum Technologies, Satellite Communications, Blockchain, Fintech, Telecommunications, Mobile, and Quantum Cybersecurity solutions with more than 30 years of experience. His expertise includes the multiple sectors of technology, Quantum Mesh Networks, Data Storage, broadcasting, cybersecurity, and digital media. He has also built a golf portfolio as an international golf professional, golf fitness visionary, sports marketing strategist and, more recently, executive roles as lead developer, owner, manager and designer of some of the world’s most renowned golf resorts, sports and entertainment facilities. He recently served as an executive for a cross platform technology that was brought to the public market through his strategies and execution. He serves as an active advisor to several technology and sports entertainment companies and has served as the Director and founding Chief Executive Officer at multiple companies

He has also built a golf portfolio as an international tour player, a golf fitness visionary, sports marketing strategist, and, more recently, executive roles as lead developer, owner, manager, and designer of some of the world’s most renowned golf resorts, sports and entertainment facilities. He is a graduate of Utah State University.

Rick Sutcliffe, President

Rick has an extensive background in Business/ Company Management both in Australia and New Zealand.
He has a depth of understanding in the Philippine culture, some of its languages, its people, and businesses, having completed a second degree in Intercultural Studies in an Australian University and by being in the Philippines for nearly two decades.

With a Master’s Degree in Business Law includes extensive work on e-commerce, blockchain and crypto economics research, which gives him a comprehensive view of fintech industry. His unique technology skill sets provide legal compliance in the business development of QUBIT Labs.
